Craft Night
Last Fall my friend Wendy and I started a craft group. We do it once a month and each person gets a chance to plan a project. I love that 11 of us gals get together to do the same project and they all end up looking very different.

That looks like so much fun. My friend and I are thinking of doing the same thing, starting a craft group, got the idea from you! Love the LOVES!!! Especially with the toole wrapped around them!
ReplyDeleteDang, I wish I lived by you. My daughter did a craft group in Dallas. She and 5 girls from work. She was the only Mormon. All of these girls now live in different states (they all have master degrees and 2 are working on PHD's). They still get together once a year and make something. They mad purses out of magazines and newspapers covered in contact paper and stitched with a blanket stitch together with leather straps. We are lucky to get people to super Saturday. I love the blocks.

Can you give us the info on where you got the vinyl letters and hearts...what size are the blocks-4"? Great job ladies, looks like lotsa fun!!
ReplyDelete4x4 and the vinyl was done on a cricut :) If you don't have one you gotta get one!!!
ReplyDeleteWas the 4 x 4 treated wood? Did you get it at like Home Depot or Lowes and cut it? Love these and want to make some.
