July Craft Night Projects

July's craft afternoon is coming and it is all about summer, sun, and the 4th of July!
I love the 4th of July. The fireworks, the BBQ's, sno-cones, friends, parades, everything! The only down side to the whole thing is it's over far to quickly. So in putting together these projects I tried to do something that put a bit more practicality into it. What you're getting are a few Independence Day onlies and a few reversible sets to stretch your decor through the long hot days of summer. Hope you find a favorite, I can't wait to sit down with all of you again soon-

The first project is a set of double sided blocks. One side for use all summer long, the other for the 4th of July holiday.

The second project is a set of reversible stackers. Again one side to coordinate with the "Enjoy Summer" side of the blocks and the other a patriotic theme.

The third one is a super easy set of stacking blocks that create a flag, sanded and stained to add some age with a fun ribbon flower accent. The little firecrackers will come in a set of 3 and are super fast and easy and might be my favorite one of the bunch! They look super cute with both the flag blocks and the stacked ones.
And last on the list a patriotic door hanger. This guy is pretty big, but super easy to put together.

So there you go, don't forget to check your email for prices and also if your bringing your little ones let me know so I can have their projects ready to go! Also have to give out a bit of credit to a few inspiring blogs out there.
Thank you for helping to cement the ideas floating around in my head, it always helps to see other peoples ideas when trying to figure out your own. And, it ALWAYS makes me feel good to know that my own ideas are never that far off from other amazing ladies out there.
 Happy crafting!

  2. Wow you really made some great decor. I love the idea that the blocks are usable for more than just one thing. Wonderful!
